Tarragon Tomato Onion Cheeseball:
Grill or broil steak in your customary manor. The last 3-4 minutes, place a generous slice of this cheeseball on the meat letting it melt over the steak. A delicious Béarnaise-style flavoring.

Spinach Lemon Thyme Big Dip:
Prepare your favorite fish on the grill or in the oven. The last 3-4 minutes, spread a small amount of the prepared Spinach, Lemon, Thyme Big Dip on the fish. Reserve a good amount of the dip to use as a sauce when the fish is served.

Cranberry Nut, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Butter Pecan, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Bavarian, Mandarin Orange Cheeseballs:
Cheesecake pie recipe. Choose one of the Cheeseballs listed above. Mix packet A with 8 oz. of cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter until smooth. Stir in an 8 oz carton of whipped topping. Pour this mixture into a prepared graham cracker pie crust. Garnish the top with the contents of Packet B. Refrigerate before serving.

Any Appetizer Cheeseball Mix:
Pinwheel Appetizers. Choose any of the appetizer cheeseball flavors. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter with both packets A & B. Refrigerate 6-8 hours for enhanced flavor. From 2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls, take a rectangle (2 crescents). Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent and then roll this up like a jellyroll. Cut into slices. Dip top in Parmesan cheese and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
