Tarragon Tomato Onion Cheeseball:
Grill or broil steak in your customary
manor. The last 3-4 minutes, place a generous slice of this
cheeseball on the meat letting it melt over the steak. A
delicious Béarnaise-style flavoring.
Spinach Lemon Thyme Big Dip:
Prepare your favorite fish on the grill or
in the oven. The last 3-4 minutes, spread a small amount of the
prepared Spinach, Lemon, Thyme Big Dip on the fish. Reserve a
good amount of the dip to use as a sauce when the fish is
served.
Cranberry Nut, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie,
Butter Pecan, Chocolate Chip, Lemon Bavarian, Mandarin Orange
Cheeseballs:
Cheesecake pie recipe. Choose one of the
Cheeseballs listed above. Mix packet A with 8 oz. of cream
cheese and 1/2 stick of butter until smooth. Stir in an 8 oz
carton of whipped topping. Pour this mixture into a prepared
graham cracker pie crust. Garnish the top with the contents of
Packet B. Refrigerate before serving.
Any Appetizer Cheeseball Mix:
Pinwheel Appetizers. Choose any of the
appetizer cheeseball flavors. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2
stick of butter with both packets A & B. Refrigerate 6-8
hours for enhanced flavor. From 2 cans of refrigerated crescent
rolls, take a rectangle (2 crescents). Spread the cream cheese
mixture over the crescent and then roll this up like a
jellyroll. Cut into slices. Dip top in Parmesan cheese and
place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or
until golden brown.
